Encinitas Country Day School’s Board of Directors has delegated its authority to the school’s Leadership Team to provide coordination and oversight of all school operations, programs, administration, assessments, resources and facilities. The team meets to ratify department and school-wide strategic planning and includes staff representatives of all school departments.
