Students in many classrooms celebrated St. Patrick’s Day by wearing green and doing lots of fun activities. The St. Patrick’s Day leprechauns “decorated” the Kindergarten classrooms with lots of glitter, colored streamers, and green footprints, and they left gifts for each of the students. 1st Grade students worked on a fun activity packet that included math, reading, counting exercises, and games related to St. Patrick’s Day. 4th Grade students put their knowledge of Simple Machines to create Leprechaun Traps composed of Simple Machine parts, and they enjoyed “Shamrock Shakes”.
