Students and Parents in Grades 1-8 are invited to come and walk with the ECDS float in the Encinitas Holiday Parade on Saturday, December 6. This year’s exciting ECDS parade float design features a Nutcracker Ballet theme. Students who walk in the parade will be dressed as colorful characters from the ballet, including Snowflake Ballerinas, Nutcracker Soldiers, and Mice. Everyone who walks in the parade can sign up to choose their costume – first come, first served. Mrs. Marasco will be out in front of school to sign up parade participants for costume choices over the next 2 weeks. We hope that many ECDS families will participate in this fun annual event!
