On Friday, August 30th, families are invited to the annual “Meet-Your-Teacher” Day for students attending the ECDS Manchester Ave campus.

Pre-K / K — 8:00 to 10:00 am

1st to 3rd — 10:00 am to 12:00 pm

4th to 8th — 1:00 to 3:00 pm

The annual ECDS Back-to-School “Beach Day” will be on Wednesday, August 28 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at Seaside Beach on the southern border of Cardiff and Encinitas.

Drinks, BBQ Hot Dogs, and light snacks will be provided.

Look for our pop-up tents and signs!

Join ECDS students, along with their families and friends, at Seaside Beach (Tower 10) from 1:00 to 4:00 pm on Saturday, July 20th.

Look for the sign and pop-up tent on the South end of the parking lot. Seaside Beach is on the southern-most border of Cardiff, just before Solana Beach.

Some drinks and snacks will be provided by the ECDS PAC (Parent Action Committee), but you’re encouraged to bring water and additional food items as well.

Odyssey Campz has discovered a winning formula that will take day campers to a new level of fun and engagement this summer! The formula is simple: Excited Campers + Choosing Their Own Adventures = Summertime Fun!

Each week of Odyssey Camps includes both aquatic and lid-based adventures. This means that students going into 4th, 5th, 6th or 7th grade in the fall will be able to choose whether the go to the beach, go paddle boarding, snorkeling, kayaking, tide-pooling, or even visit places like SeaWorld, the Birch Aquarium, or the DAna Point Ocean Institute, as well as Vertical Hold Rock Climbing Gym, or Get Air, zip lining, orienteering, wildlife tracking, skateboarding, or even a trip to a favorite theme park!

While Odyssey campers are adventuring in and around San Diego County, they will also be learning leadership, team-building, and confidence-boosting skills that they will take with them for the rest of their lives. Campers will be honing outdoor and survival skills, and keeping their bodies and brains engaged all summer long.
