Hang out, munch out, and mingle after school on Friday in the Central Promenade (the concrete highway that extends from the Library to the Amphitheater). Flippin’ Pizza by the slice and Jamba Juice by the glass will be available for purchase from 2:30 to 3:45 pm.

On the first Friday (sometimes the second Friday) of every month during the school year, the entire 1st through 8th grade student body gathers in the school’s amphitheater at 9:00 am. After pledging allegiance to the flag and singing God Bless America, birthdays and student accomplishments both inside and outside school are acknowledged. Each Assembly is capped-off by a character trait presentation by students at one grade level (e.g. third graders might present a skit on “Friendship”). Parents are welcome to attend.

Parents are invited to meet in the library at 9:00 am for an informal introduction to the PAC (Parent Action Committee), and learn about upcoming events and volunteer opportunities. The PAC spearheads many of the fun school-wide events that build a sense of community on campus and enrich the lives of our students.
