We warmly welcome everyone to an exciting and enriching 2018-2019 school year at Encinitas Country Day School! – Before School Care begins at 7:30 am – Middle School starts at 8:15 am and adjourns at 3:15 pm – Lower School classes begin at 8:45 am and let out at 3:00 pm – Pre-K and Kindergarten start at 9:00 am and end at 2:30 pm

Stop by your child’s classroom, meet his/her teacher, make new friends and renew old friendships during “Meet Your Teacher Day”. – Pre-K and Kindergarten, 8:00 to 10:00 am – Grades 1 through 3, 10:00 am to 12:00 pm – Grades 4 through 8, 1:00 to 3:00 pm

New and returning ECDS families are invited to enjoy a day at the beach together from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm at Seaside Beach in south Cardiff. We will have one or two ‘pop-up’ canopies In front of the southern-most lifeguard tower. Snacks and drinks will be provided, so bring your own sunscreen, lunch and beach toys.

Entering kindergarten and pre-kindergarten children and their parents are invited to visit our campus for a “Kindergarten Play Day,” from 9:45-11:15 Saturday, November 19th. If you are examining your options for your child’s kindergarten year, or just curious about our school, join us for some kindergarten themed activities, and an opportunity to meet our teachers, see our classrooms and outdoor environments and share some Saturday morning fun with other moms and their children.
