SAVE THE DATE — The annual ECDS Family Fun-day & Open House Event has been re-scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 25th — The event is open to the public, so come join hundreds of ECDS families and friends at the TK-8th grade campus from 1:00 to 4:00 pm for an enriching and fun-filled afternoon! Visitors will enjoy student performances, an Art Show and Art Activity Zone, an inflatable obstacle course and jumpies, grade-level student work showcase booths, teachers showing off their classrooms, and much, much more.

On Friday, December 15th, the ECDS Parent Action Committee (PAC) and the Encinitas Fire Department will once again team-up to prepare and serve the annual ECDS Holiday Breakfast.

Parents of 3rd through 7th grade students are invited to meet ECDS Middle School teachers, ask questions, and learn about class trips, core subjects, service projects, enrichment opportunities, performing arts and sports programs, and much, much more at the ECDS Middle School “Sneak Peek” in the Library from 3:30 to 4:30 pm on Thursday, November 16th. We hope to see you there!

Mark your calendar and bring your entire family to the annual ECDS Fall Festival. This afternoon of fun has a PK/K area with age-appropriate games, activities, and prizes, as well as challenging and spooky activity booths, and an assortment of inflatable slides and obstacle courses. Refreshments, a Petting Zoo, and the ever-popular Pumpkin Walk are sure to provide hours of enjoyment for all. The infamous Haunted House will be run by ECDS Middle School students (and supervised by school staff members), offering both “Scary” and “Non-Scary” options.

This event is open to current ECDS families along with their friends and family members, as well as families that have recently toured the ECDS campus. The ECDS Parent Action Committee (PAC) will be selling discounted admissions in advance and collecting regular admission at the gate. Food vendors will accept cash on the day-of the event.
