Ms. Mulligan’s and Mrs. Nelson’s 3rd Grade classes presented Biography Book Reports on people who were important figures in American history last week, to enhance their current unit of study on United States History. Students created colorful presentation boards with photos and information about their subject, and many of the students also dressed in costumes to represent their subject. The Book Report subjects represented a wide variety of historical figures, including Henry Ford, Harriet Tubman, Susan B. Anthony, President Barack Obama, Helen Keller, Bill Gates, Louis Armstrong, Cesar Chavez, and Clara Barton.
