Festive music and fun filled the air on Friday morning before Winter Break for the annual Holiday Breakfast. The Parent Action Committee (“PAC”), went all out decorating the ECDS TK-8th grade campus and coordinating activities that made the day particularly memorable. In addition to cooking pancakes all morning, Encinitas firefighters gave students in lower grades tours of their fire engine, which was parked on campus. Students donned ugly sweaters and dined in shifts before visiting the hot cocoa bar, temporary tattoo table,and digital photo booth.
