Without rehearsal or even a hint at what was in store, students in grades K-3 at Encinitas Country Day School (ECDS) were costumed and coached to act out stories from award-winning children’s books. Over two days, Miss Stacy of Literature Comes to Life, brought her magical story-telling talents to the ECDS Library and inspired students to press-on to higher levels in the ECDS “Boost” reading program.
