Students from Kindergarten through 8th Grade ran hard in the Jog-A-Thon last Friday, motivated by their desire to help other kids. Each class ran for a half-hour with their laps being tallied by parents and teachers, and every student worked hard to complete the most number of laps they could run. It was heartwarming to see students who were waiting for their Jog-A-Thon time cheering for the last class of students who were finishing up their time. After running their laps, all of the students enjoyed an iced popsicle treat to cool them down. Thanks to all of the parents and other family members who came out in the heat to cheer on your children and their classmates in the Jog-A-Thon. It was a very successful event, and we couldn’t have done it without all of you!
