The Fall Open House at the Encinitas Boulevard Preschool campus on Sunday, September 27, was a lovely day for everyone who attended the event. Many families came to visit the classrooms and hear the teachers present their plans for the new school year. Children were able to spend time taking family members on a tour of their classroom. Mrs. Crawford gave us a beautiful continuous music demonstration all afternoon on the upper outdoor stage. Erich & Lise, from Erich’s Mobile Gym, were available to work with children on their gymnastic equipment. This gave the children an opportunity to share what they are learning in their weekly gymnastics class. Ms. Maggie, one of our Kindergarten teachers from the Manchester Avenue campus, came to read with children. Ms. Jane was also available to make crafts on the upper level playground. If you were unable to attend the formal Open House, please know that the office staff and your child’s teacher are always available to visit with you before and after school each day during drop off and pick up times.
